Three weeks with a combination of competing, work, practice and gym! I have been playing two prize money tournaments in Ystad and Haninge. Our club womens team has also started the league and I’m there to do some coaching! A lot of fun, but it takes time! So I have unfortunately played less tennis and done less physical training then planed, but I will try to make up for it in the upcoming weeks! Otherwise the body is alright at the moment! Some practice with Thommy Johansson, Joel Nyqvist and Mikael Melin beside the group training!

– Disappointed with the final performance, but happy to get 4 matches!

• Two tournament losses with different kind of matches! The first set against Heinonen was very good, played one of my better sets this year, then it was a combination of muscle fatigue and that Heinonen played better. no chance in the final set. Need to improve my stamina and also physical durability. The match against Freund was not a good performance, but it is also important to state that Freund being so solid, returning and moving so well did put a lot more pressure on me, which I didn’t handle well.
  But first I need to build up more practice hours, both on court and in the gym to be able to win these matches! I will really try to find more practice hours the upcoming week! Let’s go!
