Good week that ended a bit unlucky..! Prize money tournament in Oskarshamn! Tennis practice with Henrik Malm beside the group training I have on tuesday! Not enough time to practice as much as I need due to work, but the quality was high this week! Physical status was alright! Had to cancel some physical sessions due to important job! I ended up hurting my foot a little bit during the tournament, but more on that later..!

– Improving weaker shots are essential!

• As said before..! A good week with an unfortunate end! Playing well in all three matches, but in the second set of the second match against Nanobashvili I managed to sprain my right foot just a little. I would say I had about 90% mobility after that and a bit of pain. I thought it would be better until my next match against Karlsson-Wistrand, but unfortunately it was the same level. I think Karlsson-Wistrand played solid and very well! He have improved his game! I will take two days of from tennis and start again on tuesday! I need to strengthen my legs and calfes to minimize the risk of it happening again..! On to the next week!
