Week 6


Progress is key. I just finished the last tennis practice for the week and I would say that my foot is 90% recovered right now! I can do some sprints and it feels good! Great practice with Jakob Arvidsson-Ehn and Vilhelm Fridell beside the group training! Not so many tennis hours this week, but focus was on rehabilitation and it has paid off! Otherwise my physical training goes well, but I need to be able to run again to build better stamina until next tournament!

  • I will try to practice more tennis next week and maybe start to do some running again while continue to do the rehabilitation program! Keep going!
